This little one is taking some well deserved R&R after a full day of fun activities at this years South Berwick Strawberry Festival. Or maybe it is her Strawberry Patch Lid from The Little Hat Company that is making her so sleepy. So super cute and one of our favorite little noggins that wears our hats.

I love to read all about what we are doing here at Little Hat. Sounds weird I know, but to be able to read about the hard work, passion, laughter and friendship that we all share just plain "makes my heart grow big". Corny as it may sound, it is the truth. Closing the store was a difficult decision, but it was the right decision and this past Saturday when we sold almost twice as many hats as last year, it all made it worth while. Thank you to all the wonderful people who brought their children into our booth and purchased a "lid for their kid" and to all the wonderful people who just stopped in to look, and especially to all the adults who either looked at or purchased an adult hat! That is amazing to say the least. We have donated many hats this year to great causes, but to see people actually interested and buying our adult hats...overwhelming! Can't wait for next year's festival..but on to some craft fairs..more sewing, laughing, yawning and pushing forward..because this is worth it!
